Situated along the scenic banks of the St. Johns River, this mid-rise residential tower needed an outdoor amenity space that matched the beauty of its natural surroundings. POD Design provided conceptual visualization and full construction documentation to transform the existing exterior environment while building on its foundational framework. The reimagined design introduces a network of park-like pathways that lead residents through a thoughtfully curated landscape filled with engaging new features and panoramic river views. Contemporary pergola structures, upgraded grilling stations, multiple fire features, and custom porch swings along the water’s edge create a layered, immersive experience. Lush planting, modern furnishings, and a cohesive material palette elevate the space, resulting in a distinctive and memorable amenity for this waterfront multi-family community.
