To elevate the resident experience and add long-term value, the Denim Scottsdale residential community underwent a comprehensive amenity renovation. POD Design led the transformation with the addition of a resort-style pool, a new clubhouse, and a standalone fitness center. The centerpiece—a custom-designed pool—features integrated planters, dynamic water elements, and bespoke shade structures that celebrate the Arizona climate. Enhancements also include a modern outdoor kitchen, a resident fire pit lounge, and updated furnishings throughout. Extensive landscape improvements across the site have unified the design, creating a cohesive and inviting environment for residents to relax and connect.
