Eaton at Warner Center was an established residential community seeking to elevate its appeal through the addition of a resort-style pool, a new clubhouse, and a fitness building. POD Design led comprehensive landscape improvements across the site, creating a custom pool featuring integrated planters, dynamic water features, and bespoke shade structures designed for optimal enjoyment of the Arizona sun. Additional amenities—including a new outdoor kitchen, a resident fire pit lounge, and fully refreshed seating and furnishings—have collectively transformed this space into a vibrant and inviting community hub.
