POD Design was hired by Abacus Capital Group to reimagine and elevate the community’s outdoor amenity spaces. Located in the scenic landscape of Albuquerque, the project focused on enhancing resident experience through a series of strategic site and landscape upgrades. Improvements included renovations to the main entry and clubhouse, revitalized pool areas, and the addition of inviting outdoor amenities such as a BBQ and dining area, a putting green, and a communal firepit. The design emphasizes a strong sense of place, incorporating native plant palettes and regionally appropriate hardscape materials to ensure durability, sustainability, and seamless integration with the natural surroundings. The result is a cohesive, contemporary outdoor environment that blends leisure, function, and Southwestern character.
