POD Design provided site design and landscape architecture services for Altezza High Desert, an existing residential community nestled in the foothills of Albuquerque. Similar in scope to other amenity-focused renovations, the project included enhancements to the main entry, clubhouse, and surrounding outdoor spaces. Key features include upgraded pool areas, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ space, a resident putting green, and a welcoming outdoor firepit lounge. The design thoughtfully integrates native and drought-tolerant plantings with regionally inspired hardscaping, reinforcing the community’s connection to the High Desert landscape while promoting sustainability. The result is a refreshed amenity experience that reflects the character of the Southwest and adds lasting value for residents.
