POD Design provided site design and landscape architecture services for Sherwood on the Park, an established residential community undergoing a strategic amenity upgrade. The scope of work included enhancements to the main entry and clubhouse, renovations to two pool areas, and the addition of an outdoor kitchen and dining space. POD also redesigned the dog park, provided site improvements around the fitness center, and revitalized the tennis court area. Each space was thoughtfully updated to increase functionality, elevate visual appeal, and create a cohesive, resort-style experience that reflects the lifestyle of the Coral Springs community.
