POD Design provided landscape architecture services for Brookside 112 Apartments, focusing on revitalizing the community’s existing outdoor amenity spaces. The project aimed to enhance resident enjoyment and site functionality through a series of thoughtful improvements, including upgrades to the main entry, clubhouse surroundings, pool areas, and the addition of new outdoor gathering features. These included a BBQ and dining area, a putting green, and a cozy firepit lounge. The design integrates regionally appropriate plantings and durable hardscape materials suited to the Pacific Northwest climate, creating a refreshed, welcoming atmosphere that supports an active, community-focused lifestyle. The updated amenities not only add value to the property but also strengthen its sense of place and livability.
