The Pavilions, an existing residential community in Glendale, Arizona, sought to enhance the value and appeal of its pool and spa area. POD Design developed a comprehensive landscape plan that replaced a temporary shade structure and outdated fencing with a permanent, architecturally integrated pergola and a refined perimeter wall, bringing cohesion and durability to the space. Additional upgrades included a new outdoor kitchen, a resident fire pit lounge, and fully updated seating and furnishings. These enhancements have transformed the amenity area into a welcoming, resort-style retreat that elevates the resident experience and reinforces the community’s identity.
