POD Design was engaged to revitalize the Northland Passage Clubhouse and elevate the overall appeal of the community, helping it stand out in the competitive, upscale suburb of Kansas City. The project included comprehensive landscape site design for a newly enhanced clubhouse and surrounding amenities. Key features include two resort-style pools, an inviting outdoor fire pit, a communal BBQ area, and a reimagined entry experience featuring a custom identity sign. The design blends functionality with visual impact, creating a cohesive and welcoming environment that reinforces the property’s brand and enhances the resident experience.
