The Westerville Medical Campus is located at the intersection of Polaris Parkway and Africa Road in Westerville, OH. This +/- 43 acre site conceptual plan envisions a master planned health care campus with out-patient services for the community and surrounding areas as well as a residential element in the eastern portion of the site. The site plan intends to preserve and utilize the natural topography, geologic features, vegetation and drainage of the site while providing open space amenities to serve the immediate development and link surrounding community uses and facilities.
