The Arboretum, an established residential community, was in need of a comprehensive site renovation to remain competitive in its market. POD Design was engaged to develop a landscape plan that revitalized key areas of the property, including the main entry signage, boulevard, clubhouse, amenities area, athletic courts, and the resort-style pool and spa.

Following the completion of the site enhancement package, the community has consistently maintained near 100% occupancy and generated strong market interest—prompting the client to pursue several new development opportunities within the same area.
