POD Design was hired to renew the Northland Passage Clubhouse and help the property standout in the upscale suburb of Kansas City, Missouri. The project included a landscape site design for a community club house, 2 resort-style pools, outdoor fire pit, bar-b-que area, and entry feature with main identity sign.
