POD Design was hired to develop a series of perspective renderings for the Smith’s Famouns Farm at the Creeks. This farm themed park focuses on on agriculture and the environment and offers both structured and self-guided activity programming in both buildings and outdoor spaces that teach lessons in responsible site development.

Seasonal festivities bring new visitors and attract return visits that start traditions for generations to come. Existing programs such as the Great Art Getaway and the Fall Harvest Jamboree are enhanced with newly organized outdoor spaces designed to their specific needs. Additional thematic elements include a hayride themed orientation theater, an interactive windmill exhibit with a seasonal message, an indoor four seasons exhibit, an animal barn, and a kids play barn with hay bale maze, water activity area, and theme gardens.
