DUBLIN, OH | SITE PLANNING & LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

The Columbus office market is rapidly changing from traditional suburban corporate parks to more dynamic campus settings with amenities that have proven to be desirable to employees. In order to maintain a competitive position in the market the ownership of this legacy office campus has repositioned the property with many of the features and amenities that are necessary to attract and retain tenants. In addition to substantial repurposing of interior space for a first-floor co-working and self-service micro market the owner wanted to renovate an adjacent underutilized outdoor space. POD developed plans to re-envision a little used vehicular connector on the campus as a dynamic outdoor gathering space with unique seating opportunities, artistic accent lighting and additional green space to provide an outdoor opportunity that previously had not existed on the site. The addition of purpose-built food truck stations within the pedestrian alleyway will provide new programming opportunities to appeal to the tenants at the new hub of this four building office campus.
