The Village at Gracy Farms is a 308-unit apartment community located in Northwest Austin, Texas. POD Design was brought on to enhance curb appeal and improve site functionality through a series of targeted landscape and entry upgrades. Lush, regionally appropriate plantings were added to enrich the street frontage and frame the clubhouse, creating a more welcoming arrival experience. The main identification signage was redesigned for improved visibility and presence. In addition, the entry gates were reconfigured to allow for the expansion of the front parking lot, increasing visitor parking capacity near the leasing office and improving overall circulation.
