POD Design completed design development through construction documentation of the MC Fitness and Health located in Hilliard Ohio. The planned site improvements for the proposed medical center expansion include landscape along the base of the new bed tower, auto arrival area, general site landscape, pedestrian hardscape plazas as well as signage and wayfinding program. POD was responsible for preparing final plans and specifications for competitive bidding and construction.
