Scottsdale Springs in Scottsdale, Arizona was an existing residential community looking to add value by adding a resort-style pool along with a new clubhouse and a new fitness building. Along with landscape improvements to the entire site, POD designed a custom pool with integrated planters, water features and custom shade structures to enjoy the Arizona sun. A new outdoor kitchen area, resident fire pit lounge and fully updated seating and furnishings have fully transformed this community amenity.
