Dalian, China Winery Estate Moves through Design Development Phase, Steve Kolwicz presents at local media event

The Dalian Winery Estate project "Golden Pebble Beach" is moving along in the Design Development phase. POD Design was responsible for the development of all entry features, streetscape and common area treatments as well as complete design packages for the sales center and model home area.

A recent open house presentation by the design team drew the attention of local media.
