POD Design is privileged to have been selected as the recipient for awards at the 29th Annual BIA Marketing and Merchandising Excellence Awards.
We are honored to have received the award for Best Computer Generated Sales Tool for design work and execution of the animation showing proposed renovations to the Scottsdale Springs Apartment Homes in Arizona. The animation by POD Design tells the story of how these renovations will reflect the relaxed lifestyle and needs of the residents through music and visual style. A sunrise to sunset experience for the viewer encourages them to imagine being part of this community.
POD Design and its subsidiary Visolution received the award for Exceptional Digital Media Campaign honoring the production of a 2-minute video for The Lane Apartment Homes. The overall theme of this video is “Live, Work, Play”, and focuses on the concept that living at The Lane places its residents in an existing neighborhood filled with opportunities to walk from home to work or to a class at the university, enjoy a dinner out, walk for a quick shopping trip, and a variety of other local activities.
The award for Best On-site, Outdoor Signage for our work designing the boulevard style entry of The District at Linworth was a thrill to receive. The work of POD Design included the design and installation of a unique segmented arch, distinct entrance sign, and landscape design for the entrance in order to create the unique image for The District at Linworth.
POD Design is delighted to be awarded the Best Outdoor Living Space – Neighborhood/Master Planned Community for the design of an urban courtyard for The Hubbard Apartments in the Short North area of Columbus, Ohio. This project developed a flexible courtyard which provides the familiarity of a backyard setting for residents while also functioning as unified space for larger events in an existing structure. The Hubbard Apartments are marketed toward young professionals and empty-nesters who might be seeking to downsize and relocate to the vibrant Short North area of the city.
We sincerely thank the BIA for these honors.
